Micellar water consists of tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules called micelles that are suspended in water. Micelles are attracted to dirt and oil and are able to remove makeup and dirt as well as draw out impurities without drying out the skin. Micellar Water can be used as a light facial wash, toner, makeup remover, and moisturizer all in one. The addition of essential oils and witch hazel helps to further cleanse, soothe and repair the skin (30 MG CBD).
